Yes. The Community Hub is designed to provide an accessible, flexible, and user-friendly learning experience for organizations of all sizes. Learners can access training anytime, anywhere on desktop or mobile devices, benefit from accessibility features that support diverse learning needs, navigate the platform in multiple languages, and enjoy customized learning spaces tailored to their organization or community.
How is this actually different from a learning management system (LMS)?
Traditional LMS platforms focus on content delivery. This platform focuses on community + reflection + engagement, turning learning into an interactive experience; not just modules to complete.
You will find discussion spaces, learning modules, resource libraries, announcements, and guided reflection prompts—all designed to build community and learning together.
Can the platform be branded for our organization?
Yes! Your Community Hub can reflect your organization's branding, including your logo, colours, homepage, and messaging, creating a seamless experience for your team.
How is this different from Facebook groups or other platforms?
Unlike social platforms, this is a dedicated, distraction-free space built specifically for your organization—with structured learning, guided discussions, and full ownership of your community.
Can this replace our current tools?
In many cases, yes. This platform can streamline multiple tools (email threads, shared drives, group chats) into one cohesive space, alongside any learning platforms you may be using such as Kajabi, Podia, or other in-house frameworks.
Do we need to be tech-savvy to use CommunityHUB?
No. CommunityHUB is set up and configured for you by The ECC team.
The platform is designed to be user-friendly, and ongoing tech support is included in every package.
Does The ECC provide workshops or content we can use?
Yes! We offer a range of workshops, trainings, and professional learning experiences that can be integrated into your platform; you don’t have to create everything yourself.
Each package includes a set number of ECC workshops chosen by you. You can also add custom workshops built by The ECC, or upload your own content.
Additional workshops can be added after launch. Pricing is discussed case-by-case.

Is CommunityHUB only for large organizations?
Not at all!
Our Foundations package is designed for organisations with up to 50 active learners, making it accessible for smaller centres and teams. If you're unsure which package fits, that's exactly what the discovery call is for.
What happens after the pilot program ends?
Pilot organisations transition to the standard platform with their founding rate locked in.
You keep everything you've built! Your content, your community, your learner data, and continue with ongoing support as usual.
Can educators access the platform on their phone?
Yes!
CommunityHUB is fully mobile-friendly and works across phones, tablets, and desktop.
An optional mobile app add-on is also available for organisations who want a dedicated app experience.
How long does it take to get the platform up and running?
Setup timelines vary depending on the scope of your platform and content. We'll walk through this on your discovery call and give you a realistic launch timeline based on your organization's needs.
Most organizations can get their platform up and running within 3-4 weeks, depending on customization needs.
Can leadership or supervisors track participation?
Yes. You’ll have visibility into engagement, participation, and activity within your community. You can also receive monthly analytics on educator progress.
