  • Can you create custom courses for ongoing learning?

    Absolutely. This is what we do best!


    Check out our Childventures and AECENL collaborations to see how we have paired large-scale, in-person events with custom-built, LMS-compatible training modules for ongoing education.


    We have pre-made courses on timely ECE topics, or, we can tailor our workshops and speaking engagements if you have a particular goal for your team!

  • Is there a minimum or maximum attendee requirement?

    Nope, not with The ECC! We have presented to groups as small as 5, and as big as 2000. 

  • How far in advance should I book The ECC for an in-person event?

    Best practice is 2-3 months in advance!


    If you find yourself wanting a spot sooner than this, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our availability can vary, and we will always do our best to help you if we can.

  • What resources or recordings are provided after the event?

    Every professional training experience with The ECC comes with a custom workbook for attendees to use during and after their session(s) to maximise educational outcomes and remain engaged in learning beyond the session.


    For virtual experiences, we can supply the live presentation as a recording for attendees to review after their live experience.

  • What are the payment requirements?

    To ensure a seamless experience, we have established the following

    booking and payment guidelines:


    Deposit Requirement

    A 50% deposit is required to officially secure your booking and reserve your event date on our calendar.


    Final Payment

    The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days beforethe scheduled event/session start date.


    Full Payment for Short-Notice Bookings

    If your event is scheduled within the same month of booking, the full fee is due upfront at the time of booking.


    Contract & Payment for Confirmation

    A signed contract and deposit are required to finalize your booking. Without these, your requested date will remain open for other clients. 


    Rescheduling & Cancellations

    Any rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at the discretion of The ECC Team.


    Late Payments

    Failure to complete final payment by the due date may result in cancellation or postponement of your event.

  • Does The ECC travel for in-person events?

    For in-person sessions outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or requiring extensive travel, the following policies apply:


    Travel Fees

    Additional travel costs (e.g., mileage, flights, train tickets) may be required based on location. These will be discussed and included in your proposal.


    Accommodations

    If an overnight stay is necessary due to travel

    distance or an early session start time, the client is responsible for covering hotel accommodation costs. The ECC team will handle the booking to ensure convenience and efficiency.


    We strive to make in-person sessions as accessible as possible while ensuring our team can travel comfortably to deliver an engaging and impactful experience. 


    All travel details will be discussed and agreed

    upon before booking.
