As both an educator and small business owner, she supports home-based and family child care programs with strategies that blend business sense, heart-led teaching, and practical structure. Her approach is rooted in Positive Discipline — guiding both children and educators toward confidence, connection, and mutual respect.
She believes in nurturing the whole child and empowering educators to create environments where children feel seen, heard, and supported to thrive.
