  • How long are the sessions?

    Session lengths vary based on the topic and format. Most workshops

    run 60-90 minutes, while deep-dive trainings or leadership sessions

    may last 2-3 hours or a full day.

  • How often will I have coaching sessions?

    Schedules and frequency are determined by your assigned coach to best match the support level you need. Most often, it is bi-weekly or monthly.

  • How long will I need coaching for?

    This is unique to you and/or your team. You will have the opportunity to navigate this with your allocated coach to make a plan that is best suited to your goals, timeframe, and budget.

  • What happens if I miss a session or cannot attend?

    If you need to reschedule, we require 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled. 

  • Can I contact my coach between sessions?

    Yes! You can reach out via email or the designated communication platform for quick questions or clarifications. 



    In-depth discussions should be saved for scheduled sessions.

  • What is your booking policy?

    Deposit Requirement

    A 50% deposit is required to officially secure your booking and reserve your event date on our calendar.


    Final Payment

    The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event/session start date.



    Full Payment for Short-Notice Bookings

    If your event is scheduled within the same month of booking, the full fee is due upfront at the time of booking.


    Contract & Payment for Confirmation

    A signed contract and deposit are required to finalize your booking. Without these, your requested date will remain open for other clients.


    Rescheduling & Cancellations

    Any rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at the discretion of The ECC Team.


    Late Payments

    Failure to complete final payment by the due date may result in cancellation or postponement of your event.
