The Power of Us is a live, interactive ECC Learning Lounge experience designed as an open Q&A and community conversation. This session goes beyond surface-level ideas and dives into the real, honest work of building strong, supportive, and sustainable communities in ECE.

Anisha is an ECE industry leader with 18+ years of experience, and now devotes her energy to transforming the way educators, programs, and communities grow.
From leading childcare centers, to teaching college programs and overseeing 45+ licensed childcare locations, Anisha has seen the early learning sector from every angle—including what's missing!
She's filling the gaps and evolving the ECE industry with her team at The Early Childhood Coach + Co.
Her work has been featured on Breakfast Television, Authority Magazine, and The Today Show, but what truly defines her is the impact she leaves behind: stronger teams, more confident leaders, and educators who feel seen, valued, and supported in the work they do every day.

Instead, there will be a $5 admission fee for this event.
