Event Details

Strong teams aren’t built by accident — they’re built through understanding, empathy, and intentional leadership.

In this interactive ECC Learning Lounge session, participants will explore how personality shapes communication, leadership style, teamwork, and conflict. Using the widely respected and research-based Big Five (OCEAN) Personality Framework, educators and leaders will gain powerful insight into themselves and the people they work with every day.

This session is practical, reflective, and immediately applicable to real-life early childhood teams and leadership environments. You’ll leave with strategies to strengthen relationships, reduce misunderstandings, and build more connected, engaged, and high-functioning teams.

Before the Session

Participants will be invited to complete a free Big Five Personality Test (optional) to deepen their learning and reflection. Please click here to access.
