Session 3: Inspiring Generations - Cultivating Your Legacy in Early Childhood
Overview: Learn how to create a lasting impact in early childhood education, recognizing the profound influence you have on future generations.
Topics Covered: The concept of legacy in education, practical strategies for leaving a powerful and impactful imprint on students, families, and colleagues.
Activities: Visioning exercises, legacy-building workshops, and strategic planning sessions to help participants define and pursue their legacy goals.
Outcome: Participants will develop a clear vision for their legacy in early childhood education and concrete steps to begin making that vision a reality.
Session 4: The POWER of your ECE Story - Rediscovering your ECE Why
Overview: Reconnect with your passion for early childhood education by rediscovering your "why" – the reason you chose this profession.
Topics Covered: Understanding the components of an ECE story and strategies for reconnecting with your professional purpose during challenging times.
Activities: Reflective storytelling exercises, group discussions, and guided journaling to explore and articulate your personal ECE story.
Outcome: Participants will rediscover their motivation and commitment to early childhood education, gaining a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
