Event Details

September in early learning programs means new children, new routines, and a whole lot of emotions — from kids and educators.

This ECC Community Circle is your safe space to process the September shift with support, practical tools, and real-time strategies.

Across three live sessions, we’ll tackle the highs, the lows, and everything in between — from how to calm the chaos of those first weeks, to understanding behaviour during transitions, to managing your own burnout while still showing up as the incredible educator you are.

Each session includes guided discussion, educator-led insights, and downloadable tools to help you walk away feeling seen, supported, and ready to lead with confidence.
